Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund
(FEEA) to dedicate a scholarship in the
name of late NFFE National President, Richard
N. Brown. Richard Brown dedicated his life to
enhancing the well-being of federal employees
and their families. This
scholarship is intended to ensure that Rick's
legacy of selfless stewardship of federal

FEEA is the only non-profit
organization devoted solely to helping civilian
federal and postal employees. FEEA helps
federal workers every day through its
Emergency Assistance program’s no-interest
loans and disaster grants, as well as with an
annual merit-based scholarship program.
Offering hundreds of scholarships annually,
FEEA has had an immense impact on federal
workers for 25 years. |

This scholarship competition is
open each year to members of the IAM and their
children throughout the United States and
Canada. Scholarships to make possible the
attainment of a Bachelor’s degree or a two-year
vocational/technical certification are
determined in a competition among eligible
applicants that is judged by a special
Selection Committee. |
